I might not be a New York loft, but I am the next best thing. If you look out my massive double height windows, you could fool yourself that you are gazing out into the meat packing district or Soho. You have the tree-lined Carrall Street Greenway, the city's best restaurants, and some of the best looking buildings in the city. Heck, you can even get a Naples style pizza not too far from my front door. Inside, I have 16' ceilings that make me seem much bigger than I am. I updated my appliances recently and have a very functional floorplan. The best part is that I cost half as much as I would in NY. Wknd showings are limited to Sunday afternoon only, thx.
